Meet Alex Molden. After almost getting kicked out of college he was able to live out a childhood dream of playing in the NFL (8-years), he now inspires people to think differently, solve difficult problems and use influence to change the world, even when all odds are stacked against them.
After playing for 7 different coaches in 8 years Alex has learned a thing or two about leadership. Positional leadership and Relational leadership are two different things altogether. Understanding the influencers of leadership is pivotal and if you want to increase your influence it starts with creating a relationship (NOT NETWORKING).
One of the most painful experiences Alex has ever had was when he went for a job interview for an entry-level position at a non-profit and was told the truth...that he didn't know who he was. That pain was one of the best gifts he has ever received. Most people are afraid to tell you the truth based on your perceived influence, which can ultimately limit your growth.
One of the reasons Alex had success on the different teams he was on was because they understood expectations, roles, and the importance of communication...no matter if they had success/failure or were enjoying home cooking in their own friendly confines or in a hostile environment, they still communicated and held each other accountable.
Learning the in's and out's of parenting is daunting but Alex has applied the same principles that gave him success on the football field to raise 8 well balanced children who have different personalities, desires, and dreams. Alex and his wife has built their family on their faith, discipline, communication, structure, sport, and character development.
Alex was drafted in the 1st round (11th overall) of the 1996 NFL draft. He played 8-years (Saints, Chargers & Lions) battling some of the best athletes on EARTH. Playing for 7 different head coaches in 8-years in the NFL Alex knows a thing or two about change, culture, influence & how to navigate the pitfall of having your identity intertwined with your platform & ability. Alex is now a Personal Development/Leadership Speaker and Coach.
His main focus is to strengthen team collaborations, communication & transparency using his leadership blueprint. His blueprint has given many individuals, organizations and executives PROVEN SOLUTIONS to help them navigate the pitfalls of success & failure. It starts with having a clear vision of what you want to achieve and the character that it will take to achieve it.

At Alex Molden Speaks, we care about your success and you as a person. We get into the details of your business, ask the hard questions to help you fill in the gaps, and maybe even show you blind spots you didn't know you had. We also hold you accountable for making progress. Our strategy leads to solutions that will help you reach your goals in a big way.
As a personal development and career coach, we help you imagine how you could be even better, and then we help you get there.
Our parents and other caregivers show us the way when we are young. As we get older, we have teachers and coaches, therapists, and eventually a boss or clients. Typically, personal development coaches help you grow without having a plan for how you should change. We help people make decisions that align with their values so that they can get more out of life through our coaching and personal development.
Together, we'll figure out what you want to wish for, work for, and make happen. We look at your values and see where you're on the right track and where you may have gone off course.
We will ask you deep and thought-provoking questions about yourself so that you can come up with new ideas. As your leadership development coaching instructor, we are on a mission to learn more about you. We help you organize things and then act on what you've learned.
Our coaching business is mostly about personal development coach and life coaching. Since your job is such an essential part of your life, many people find us by searching for a "career coach" on Google. We want to help you with your career, and we think the best way to do that is to show you how your job fits into the rest of your life.
